Building has started on the first phase of a construction material complex with an investment of over VND 1 trillion (US$55.4 million) in the Ha Vang Industrial Park in Vuong Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province.

The complex, invested by the Viglacera Corporation, includes a high-grade brick tile plant with a capacity of 120 million bricks per year, the Hong Linh Granite Processing and Exploiting Plant with a capacity of 1 – 2 million cubic metres per year, a high-grade sanitary porcelain, ceramic brick plant with a capacity of 3 million tonnes of ceramic bricks and 500,000 sanitary porcelain products per year, and a non-burning construction material plant.

Products made at the complex will supply to the central region and be exported to Laos and northeastern Thailand.

The most modern and comprehensive complex in the central region is expected to create jobs for over 3000 local workers upon its completion.
